Challenge
Create an accessible brand identity in the intimacy market, great for newcomers to the category. And design a high-converting, intuitive website and marketing funnel to enable a sustainable DTC business.
Approach
Using the lean methodology, I used market research, rapid prototypes, and user testing to quickly understand our target audience and develop products, a mobile-first website, brand identity, and an effective customer acquisition funnel and journey.
